Punctuality: Please arrive on time for confirmed appointments. Late arrivals may require a shortened service or reschedule.

Cancellations: Cancellation and reschedule requests should be submitted according to the notice window shared at booking confirmation.

Deposits: When deposits are enabled for a service, they secure your appointment time and are applied to your final balance.

Health & honesty: Share complete chemical, allergy, and sensitivity history before services begin.

Photo consent: Portfolio photography is optional and always tracked with consent records.
